Just revamped & everything is brand new! Extremely quaint waterfront home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a game room, & a heated pool. Master bedroom features a king bed & on-suite bathroom. The second & third bedrooms feature queen beds & have access to the patio / pool deck. The game room features a foosball table, dart board, & a pull out sofa sleeper. Cable TV, internet, & washer/dryer included. Fishing is permitted – live bait, frozen shrimp & squid work best!

Guest Access

The 6th bedroom upstairs with the 2 twin beds does not have a door for privacy when entering from the stairs. The bathroom does has a door.

Neighborhood

Prime location near the Aventura mall. Super tranquil location but convenience at your fingertips. Super close to I95 and Florida Turnpike.

Other things to note

No events or parties permitted. No pets allowed. No noise after 11pm.

We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
