Trump Towers 4106 – Sophisticated Modern Gem with Unreal Ocean Views

Trump Towers is a private residential building and very secure. A background check with Tenant Evaluation will require either your social security number or passport number. ALL GUESTS 18 YEARS AND OLDER STAYING IN THE UNIT MUST COMPLETE THIS PROCESS.

APPLICATION: $100 per adult. All instructions and forms will be sent upon booking confirmation. Paid to Tenant Evaluation for background check. The office needs 15 days from the time they receive the results from Tenant Evaluation to process and approve your application.

GUEST ACCESS: $50/guest – (4 adults x $50 = $200 total). Cell phone application provided by the office for each guest to have access to the elevator, pool, gym, & beach services including chairs, towels, & umbrellas. Paid to Trump Towers directly upon arrival. They require a check or money order, no credit card payments. We can pay in advance for you and collect fee upfront.

PARKING: Valet parking included up to 2 cars. *tip at your discretion*

LEASE: You will be required to sign a standard Florida lease agreement for your booking.

PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. NOT EVEN SERVICE ANIMALS.

We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
